Hello, beautiful soul, I’m so glad you found yourself here!

My name is Stephanie and as an intentional dating and female empowerment coach, I specialize in helping my clients cultivate fulfilling, meaningful relationships where they can show up authentically and confidently. I’ve always been fascinated by the connections we create in life–especially the ones that shape our hearts and futures. I mean, what could be more important than a beautiful, deep connection that makes you feel loved, respected, and valued?

We are told all of our lives that we will be happier and more fulfilled once we find that one person with whom we can share a life. The only problem is, we aren’t told how to get there. It’s like having a destination with no map to help us get there.

With a background in mental health counseling and life coaching, I combine my education, trainings, and personal experience to help my clients rewrite the story of how they approach dating and relationships. I know these things work because I’ve been there. While healing from a breakup several years ago, I realized that I wasn’t giving myself the treatment I desired from my ideal partner; things like acceptance, validation, honest communication and quality time. I realized I want to show up as my authentic self and be loved for everything that I am. I wanted to be seen in my complexity and trust my intuition. I wanted to stop people-pleasing, set boundaries and, above all, love myself enough to stop accepting less than I deserve.

I began with mindfulness and nervous system regulation, somatic techniques and baby steps. But slowly, as I learned how to stand with myself and appreciate myself, I saw real changes happening in my love life and beyond. And now I want to help you do the same. You deserve to live an empowered life full of love as your most authentic self.

About My Coaching

As a trained life coach with a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, I take a compassionate, action-oriented approach to help challenge and support you while you work towards your goals. I incorporate somatic interventions and mindfulness techniques to help you show up with confidence, security and joy in your love life and beyond.

My process is designed to help you navigate the challenges of dating and relationships with clarity, self-love and intention. Our first steps will work towards a greater sense of self-awareness and crystal clear goals. We focus on understanding your values and desires in order to create an image of the future you want to create, uncover barriers to that future and break them down through introspection, mindset shifts and small actions. From there, we will move on to skills and tools to help you navigate dating and relationships with confidence: communication skills, boundary-setting, anxiety management, and strategies for intentional dating on apps and in person. Finally, we will work on applying the insight and skills to real-life relational contexts. As your coach and accountability buddy, I’ll be there celebrating you every step of the way!
